・ 悲観的になる
・ 希望が感じられない
・ 欲求不満
・ 怒り


行動の兆候

・ 食事を摂らない
・ 生産性が下がる
・ 長時間働いているのに、成果が上がらない
・ 独りで食事する
・ 劣ったチームプレイヤーになる


これらに該当する場合、ストレスの原因を素直に評価し、これを軽減する方法を考えることが望ましいとか。放置したまま、何も変化させなければ、状況は悪化するばかりです。

またCarter博士は、金曜日に早めに仕事を切り上げ、仕事から解放されたリラックスした週末を過ごしてみることを勧めています。月曜日になっても同じ状況ならば、燃え尽き症候群に陥っている可能性があり、生活を大幅に変える必要があるそうです。
