“ 「あるゲームソフトのイベントで、特別なアイテムをその会場内だけで配信したのです。すると、小学生くらいのお子さんが『受け取れない』とスタッフに質問してきました。実は、このアイテムはマジコンユーザーは受け取れないような仕組みになっていたのです。『君のソフトはマジコンだよね？』と聞くと、『だって、お父さんがこれで遊べって…』と半べそ状態になってしまったのです。お子さんはアイテムを受け取るために遠路はるばる来ていただけに、私も複雑な気持ちでした」
